Spiritual Direction
Spiritual directors are spiritual companions for people seeking to recognize God’s work in the world and to discern the movement of the Holy Spirit in their own lives. They have been trained to be “holy listeners” guiding serious seekers in their quest for a deeper life in the Spirit.

Traditionally directors meet with their directees once a month.

Prayer
CareNet Counseling East offers workshops that encourage a more meaningful prayer life and promotes spiritual growth.

Retreats
CareNet Counseling East offers a variety of retreats for groups who wish to take time apart from their daily experiences to mediate, pray and seek spiritual guidance.
