CONSULTATION

We provide consultation which helps congregations/businesses face challenges and opportunities ranging from strategic thinking to staff/team development to conflict reconciliation. Our consultants are trained in helping staffs, deacons, boards, councils, or other leadership groups during these challenges.

The consultations assist congregations/businesses in developing a process that involves people in identifying the answers to a variety of challenges. When a church/business feels uncertain or conflicted, we can help you. The congregation/business and its leaders/staff/volunteers will do the work, but we can help you determine how to get started.
